A feast of hockey in memory of Roy

The Taylor family are hosting a very special day of hockey on Saturday (31st July) in memory of the wonderful Roy Taylor who sadly passed away in February.

There are a number of events throughout the day (see playing schedule below), so please do pop along to Hollybush and the Vine on Saturday to watch some quality hockey and to have a drink to celebrate Roy's life.

Order of Play

The day gets underway at 10:30am with a Mixed Acorns game at Hollybush, in which Laura Taylor will be playing to represent the Taylor family.

At 1:00pm there will be a no doubt fiercely contested game between an Ali Taylor Invitational XI and a Robbie Taylor Invitational XI, featuring a number of past and present Sevenoaks HC players.

Attention then turns to the Vets with the Men's Old Oaks playing a game at 2:30pm, followed by the Ladies Vets at 4.00pm.

There will be drinks available throughout the day at the Vine clubhouse, with cricket also being played on the Vine. It should be a fantastic day to remember a great man who was a true Sevenoaks HC legend.
