INTER CLUB FRIENDLY

Great to get back out on the pitch for a great friendly against the 5's. Both teams had some ringers to assist but it was very competitive and friendly. Esme stepped up and played for the 5's which saw her score a fabulous goal against us in the first half. Determined not to lose our ringer Maddie put away a spectacular goal in the second half. Zofia had an amazing game in goal making some great saves. Considering we have had a months break the Super 6's put on a good show and went all out. Votes for Player of the Match went to Zofia, Jill, Lou and Leanne but Annelize had a fantastic game in midfield, running her little socks off and realising how much the midfielders have to work, but she held her own and got the vote for our POM!!! Well done Annelize. I did have one vote for Donkey of the Day which was Fay with the ball to the head moment but that's a little harsh lol. Well done 6's keep up the good work rate at home and bring it to the pitch next time.
