6's V Burnt Ash 5's

Well doesn't our team do well in the horrible weather conditions! According to Michelle we love it!
It took us the first half to get ourselves together, get used to the wind and start to play 6's hockey. We left it until the second half to put the goals away. Their keeper denying us in the first. A short corner straight strike from Leanne gave us the first, as Michelle with an assist from Fleur put away the second. The third came from Sarah after a lovely ball in from Faye. We got our passing and transferring working for us and laughed in the face of the hail (which hurt a bit). Big thanks again to Eleanor for being in goal for us who braved the cold to not see the ball all game, she may have touched it once on their short??? Player of the Match went to Leanne (almost Michelle) and Donkey to Jess (again almost Michelle). Well done girls, roll on next week.
