In Season 2022-23 this team will be playing in the South East Hockey Division 1 East.
The ethos of the Acorns is to combine younger players with more experienced hands. It is the first stepping stone for our promising juniors into ladies’ hockey and the girls play alongside experienced senior players who are there to guide and support them as they gain confidence playing hockey matches alongside and against adults. Once they are ready the junior players then move on into the full ladies’ team which will work best for their individual ability at that stage and their future development.
